Jackass star Steve-O was one of Hollyweed's biggest potheads until he went into rehab for hard drugs in 2008 and became sober.

He had two apartments in a West Hollywood building - one for living and sleeping, the other for skating. His second apartment had a skate ramp built right into the living room. Then he got evicted.

A formerly unabashed pot advocate - he regularly posed with bags of weed and smoking joints for paparazzi - Steve-O (nee Stephen Glover) used his share of drugs over the years.

"Cocaine gets counter-productive," he told CelebStoner in 2007. "I was a three-days-in-a-row dude everytime. I've done my share of nitrous. That's pretty gnarly too. I treated myself to some Ecstasy and ketamine. I've always been a pothead. Check out my wrist, dude. I've got a potleaf tattooed on it." (Steve-O reportedly had the pot tattoo removed.)

Born on June 13, 1974 in England and raised in Florida, Steve-O went to Ringling Brothers' "clown school" and worked in circuses before he brought his outrageous stunt comedy to MTV as a member of the Jackass TV show and movies and co-hosts MTV's animal show, Wildboyz.

In 2002, Steve-O was arrested for a stunt that involved swallowing a pot-filled condom in Norway and pooping it out in Sweden. Charged with pot and Ecstasy possession, he spent five days in a Stockholm jail and had to pay a fine.

In 2008, Steve-O was arrested for vandalizing his apartment and charged with cocaine possession.

In 2009, Steve-O competed on Dancing with the Stars with partner Lacey Schwimmer (they lost) and was featured in the MTV special, Steve-O: Demise and Rise.

Last year he co-starred in Jackass 3-D. His book, Professional Idiot: A Memoir, was released on June 7.
