Former willd child MacKenzie Phillips was arrested at LAX on Aug. 27, 2008 and charged with heroin and cocaine possession. Phillips' mother is Michelle and late father is John - co-founders of the Mamas and the Papas. MacKenzie's step-sister Bijou paid the $10,000 bail. Busted with baggies and foil containing drugs (they literally fell down her pant leg during a search), Phillips told police, "I am healthy except for my drug problem."

Phillips was en route to New York when she set off the alarm at the bag-check line. The 48-year-old actress - she appeared in One Day at Time and So Weird - started using drugs at a young age. She rolled joints for her dad at 10, tried coke at 13 and was shooting up by 17. She's been to rehab at least eight tiimes. It looks like this will be her ninth.

Update: On Apr. 30, 2010, 21 months after her arrest, charges were dismissed against Phillips, who completed a drug diversion program.
