Jamie Waylett, who's played meanie Vincent Crabbe in the Harry Potter movies, was arrested on Apr. 2, 2009 in London. Police found eight bags of marijuana in his car and 10 pot plants in his house.

Waylett's Audi was pulled over for alleged suspicious behavior (taking photos of police) in the Westminster section. After confiscating the cannabis in the car, police went to Waylett's home, where he lives with his mother and brothers, and seized a small hydroponic garden.

On July 17, Waylett pled guilty to cultivation. Police revealed that they discovered the garden by looking at photos in Waylett's camera. On July 21, Waylett was sentenced to 120 hours of community service.

On Jan. 4, the Britsh press reported Waylett owes thousand of pounds to drugs dealers and has been hiding out at an unnamed hostel in London

The 20-year-old actor will not appear in the seventh installment, Harry Potter and the Desdly Hallows, Part, which is due out in 2010.
