The woman Michael Phelps was seen lip-locking with at a New York club this week is Las Vegas cocktail waitress Caroline Paz. She works at the Moon Nightclub at the Palms Casino Resort at 4321 W. Flamingo Rd. They have been seeing each other for the last two months, pretty much ever since Phelps' bong-hitting photo became a media sensation.
