Curried Couch Potatoes PDF Print E-mail

Curried PotatoesIngredients
2 pounds new potatoes
¾ cup cannabutter*
1-½ tsp. curry powder
1-½ tsp. masala powder

In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes and cut them in half.

Place potatoes, tomatoes, cannabutter, curry powder and masala powder in pan. Cook for one minute. Serves 5 people.

*Cannabutter recipe: Cook 1/4 oz. of shake in a lb. of butter and 4 cups of water for 2 hours. Strain and place in fridge until water and butter separates. Drain water and remove excess. Return to fridge and use as required.

Notes: As always with edibles, it’s best to eat less than you think you should. Wait an hour to see how it affects you and then eat more. Also, you can find masala powder at any Indian grocery store. In place of masala powder, use 1 extra tsp. curry powder and ½ tsp. chili powder.

Hal is an actor who hosts This Man’s Kitchen. He’s appeared in Bottle Shock, Killer Movie and Nobel Son.
