Now we know Michael Jackson was smoking marijuana after all. Just released documents reveal that nearly an ounce of pot was discovered in Jackson's Bel Air estate.

Two bags of marijuana containing a total of 26.29 grams and rolling papers were taken during the search.

Members of Jackson's family say they found tar heroin in the house, but Hollyweed sources claim the substance was tested and turned out not to be heroin.

Citizen of my state of the Union

All drugs are legal in all of the states of the Union in these united States of America; and all you people, when you realize that you cannot form a State inside of another state, you'd all be free to live your lives...

Also all those federal rules regulations and codes has no bearing in the states of the Union; Think I'm wrong look up 26CFR31.3121(e)-1 and see if you are really a "citizen of the United States" or if you are really in a "State" or a "state". Just because I name my cat Dog; don't make him a dog.

Here's how this works; a "resident of the State of California" really is a "resident (alien) of the District of Columbia impersonating the California commonwealth", period.

to the first comment....you're kidding right?????the only reason they're illegal and pot isn't is because by legalizing pot the whole pharmecutical industry would collapse...which it should seeing as 100% more people have died from prescription overdoses then marijuana overdoses.

and to MJ...too bad you didn't just stick to pot instead of getting involved with dangerous prescriptions...
