When life gives you lemons and weed, make a mind-blowing frozen dessert. Here's how:

Lemon SherbetMix the following ingredients in a bowl:

¾ cup heavy cream
¾ cup milk (at least 1% fat)
1-½ tbsp high-quality bud, roughly chopped
1 serrano pepper, seeds removed
fresh mint (optional)

Simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes. Strain. Use the back of a spoon to press out extra liquid. Discard solids.

Whisk in:

1-½ cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
1-¾ cups sugar

Allow mix to cool. Use in ice cream maker, according to machine’s direction. Serves 5.

Warning: As with all edibles, it’s better to eat less than you think you should. Potency will vary, so wait at least an hour before you eat more.
