We'll admit it -  the only reason for this post is to hype a 24-year-old pitcher with the coolest name: Tobi Stoner. He was just called up by the fourth-place Mets after a 7-7 season in the minors.

The Mets drafted Stoner in 2006 out of Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia. He's the first athlete from Southern Garrett High School in Oakland, Maryland to make it to the majors.

We'll be rooting for him with bong hits whenever he "heads" to the mound.
