Three-time pot offender Lil Boosie received a 10-year suspended sentence stemming from his weed and gun bust nearly a year ago (Oct. 22) in Baton Rouge. The rapper was caught with marijuana, a blunt and a gun. He's expected to serve two years. Before going to jail on Nov. 24, Boosie stated: "If I made a mistake with marijuana, why am I not eligible for rehab? I've been on marijuana since a teenager. I need some rehab. Jail is not rehab."
