The City of Berkeley has declared Oct. 31 Berkeley Patients Group Day in celebration of the Bay Area dispensary's 10th anniversary. "They've been a wonderful neighbor," says Councliman Daryl Moore. "The place is always clean. They have good security, and the neighbor's don't complain." Also see:
