The British tabs are reporting that Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry Potter in the wildly popular film series, recently smoked pot at a party in North London. "He pulled out a huge joint and lit up," one highwtiness confides. Radcliffe walked around puffing the spliff and telling everyone, "I love weed."

The party took place in the Camden apartment of Radcliffe's on-again, off-again girlfriend/actress Laura O'Toole.

"At one point a girl dragged him away, saying, 'Come on Daniel, follow me,'" the source says. "'She pulled him into the toilet and started drawing a huge comedy beard on his face."

Radcliffe's spokesperson claims the spliff did not contain marijuana: "Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this."

It was the third marijuana-related incident to involve Harry Potter cast members this year:

• In June, Jamie Waylett (Vincent Crabbe) was arrested for cultivating cannabis. In July, he pled guilty and was sentenced to 120 hours of community service.

• In August, Josh Herdman (Gregory Goyle) was photograhed smoking a spliff in Amsterdam.
