Ailing actor Dennis Hopper was spotted in the Farmacy in Venice on Thursday. Hopper is suffering from prostate cancer and receiving chemotherapy treatments at USC. UPDATE: On Jan. 14, Hopper filed papers to divorce his wife Victoria (they've been married for 14 years). On Jan 25, Victoria responded with a shocking document that includes threats, guns and marijuana: "Petitioner [Dennis] uses marijuana multiple times daily. I have come upon Petitioner using marijuana in Galen’s presence in recent months. I request the Court order Petitioner to refrain from use of marijuana and any nonprescription drugs 6 hours before and during any time he spends with Galen."
