Dennis Hopper FlashCityDennis Hopper FlashCityUPDATE: Hopper passed away on May 28. A Farmacy employee recalls the actor's first visit to the dispensary: "We had Easy Rider playing on one of our televisions and he happened to come in on that very day. He was excited to see that the movie was still relevant, because a  lot of us in here hadn't seen it yet.  It was really cool." Asked by CelebStoner about Hopper's visit, an employee at the Farmacy at 1509 Abbot Kinney Blvd. offered a terse, "No comment."

Hopper directed and starred in Easy Rider in 1969 and  appeared in 200 movies and TV shows since 1955.

On Jan. 14, Hopper filed papers to divorce his wife Victoria (they've been married for 14 years). On Jan 25, Victoria responded with a shocking document that includes threats, guns and marijuana:

"Petitioner [Dennis] uses marijuana multiple times daily. I have come upon Petitioner using marijuana in Galen’s presence in recent months. I request the Court order Petitioner to refrain from use of marijuana and any nonprescription drugs 6 hours before and during any time he spends with Galen."

Galen is the Hopper's six-year-old daughter.
