Anthony DiLoreto is the fourth college basketball player to be arrested on marijuana charges so far in 2010. The 7-1 Utah State frosh was stopped by Logan police for a faulty headlight on Feb. 1. After they smelled pot in his car, he surrendered a small bag.

Anthony DiLoretoDiLoreto remains in Cache County Sheriff's Complex on marijuana and paraphernalia possession charges. Bail's set a $6,000.

USU coach Stew Morrill suspended DiLoreto indefinitely.

The hoopster already had legal problems. In 2008, he was arrested for attempted bank robbery in Wisconsin and sentenced to three months in jail, which he planned to serve over the next three summers.
