A 15-second ad created by NORML for the CBS Super Screen in Times Square will not be shown, thanks to CBS and Neutron Media, which handles screen content for CBS. "It's too political," says VP Ray Shapira. "This is the fourth time in eight years that CBS has stymied NORML," counters miffed executive director Allen St. Pierre.
