Stoner starlet Mischa Barton is up to her old tricks again, driving around L.A. smoking weed. Photos and video catch her in the act, puffing with an unidentified dude in a convertible. Munchies ensued and they went to Joan's on Third for a late lunch.

Barton was arrested for pot and DUI in 2007 and sentenced to three years' unsupervised probation on the DUI charge in 2008. The marijuana charge was dismissed.
