E-40 may be hanging outside a pawn shop on the cover of his latest album (it drops Mar. 30), Revenue Retrievin': Day Shift, but for "The Weed Man" video he's inside a California dispensary, singing the praises of Sour Diesel, Northern Lights, Kush and Purple Haze. "Smokin' weed is therapeutic," the Bay Area MC raps.  "It helped me write this song."
