In 1994, Tom Petty had a hit single with "You Don't Know How It Feels," which featured the lyrics, "Let's get to the point/Let's roll another joint." Now 16 years later, with the release of Mojo (on June 15), Petty does his best Bob Marley impression on "Don't Pull Me Over," singing, "What I've got to do won't hurt anyone... Should be legalized."
