On July 5, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced on to 90 days in jail for violating probation related to DUI and reckless driving convictions dating back to 2007. Lohan had skipped seven alcohol counseling meetings over the last 27 weeks and has been wearing a SCRAM bracelet. "Something's not right," Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel stated. "I couldn't have made my orders more clear." Update: Lohan went to jail on July 20. On Aug. 2, after spending 13 days in Los Angeles County's Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynnwood (the same jail where she famously served 84 minutes in on Nov. 15, 2007; Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie also served time there), Lohan was released due to prison overcrowding and sent to a rehab facility at UCLA Med Center. On Aug. 24, after 23 days, Lohan was released from in-patient care and sent home. In 2007, Lohan went through three rehab stints, admitting: "I am addicted to alcohol and drugs." Probation and alcohol education and monitoring extended into 2010, even though it should've taken no more than 18 months to complete. Following her second stint in jail, Lohan is required to spend 90 days in rehab. She complete her latest rehab stint on Jan. 4, 2011.

"Something's not right," and "I couldn't have made my orders more clear."
Yeah you think? What's not right is that the judge let her slide so many times. She has no respect for the courts and the judge cannot see that? Any normal person would have been in jail after the first bail out.
Sad thing is just like Paris Hilton she will maybe spend a day in jail, a couple of days at the most.
