Just hours after Wyclef Jean declared his intention to run for the president of Haiti yesterday, Sean Penn said he was "suspicious" of his campaign and called Jean a "non-presence" in Haiti since the January earthquake.

"He's been virtually silent," Penn told CNN. Penn also challenged Jean to account for $410,000 "designated for Haitian relief" raised by Jeans' foundation, which he allegedly "took... for himself." Jean also owes the IRS $2.1 million in back taxes.

Penn has been working in a relief camp in Haiti for the last six months.
