I am so sorry to see you have become a pawn in our governments war against the people of this once great country. The action taken against you was played as it has been for over 60 years and counting. It is the insidious organized deconstruction of our constitution and the players may surprise you. You must be aware that it began out of the power maniacs in Washington beginning with a well played act of McCarthyism. McCarthyism is the practice of making accusations of disloyalty, subversion, or treason without proper regard for evidence. It is just part of the continued preparations to turn the normal law abiding citizens into now defined terrorist. Infiltration into organizations, Bait and switch, entrapment, probable cause and openly using thug tactics just as the Nazi's, Stalin and Chinese Communism have done. We certainly have come a long way from our roots. The Joke is on us because our fellow men and women have died for the freedom we used to have and are buried all over the globe and continue; but no freedom anymore. I quote" freedom is like a shit sandwich the more bread you have the less shit you eat". You can't win no mater how much money you have because the feds have more and they will keep you in court till you have none and then you are jailed or killed and die poor.

The California people spoke loud and clear about the legalization of Marijuana for medial use and then tried to simply completely decriminalize it. The campaign against it was relentless and I was surprised that legalization for casual use as is for alcohol and presently tobacco failed. I believe this is already being challenged at this present time and has been systematically moved toward through the media propaganda machine. Soon Tobacco will be outlawed as a drug and shortly after they will begin with Alcohol again. They have moved to our food also. You may think this comes from Christians but is not. These are wolves in sheep’s clothing just like Hitler using the christian religion to justify the systematic disposal of certain humans for the preferred master race. There are others that used this same tactic. Just rent Ben Steins Expelled no intelligence allowed documentary to see a little of what is behind the curtain. Ben Stein did a nice piece but it is just a small peek into the machines workings.

The best message without being totally destroyed and they will destroy you if you do not march to their music is what you have already begun to do. Make people aware that they need to Vote but they need to do some research first to get an education about our constitution. Make no mistake we the people have become the enemy.

I used to travel the country speaking to groups about what the government has been up to and about the constitution. I was a witness at a friends trial and before I knew it I had to plead the fifth for almost every question and I knew right then if I didn't stop doing what I was doing I would be the next one disappearing into a prison some where no one knows about. The next thing was the Oklahoman bombing. When this happened the government moved to arrest thousands of people belonging to militia groups. I told my wife I was waiting for them to show up at our door in the middle of the night because of my involvement in speaking to these groups. I believe my action in my friends case prevented this from happening.

So make sure you keep to getting people to vote but not vote an uneducated vote.

No doubt that medical marijuana should be approved as a medicine as indicated by its wide use since before Christ. Unfortunately, controlled drugs like Vicodin and Percocet are widely used in U.S. for chronic pain, fibromyalgia, cancer, Parkinson's, arthritis and among many other diseases that exist.

Bruce Cain is a racist. I dumped him as well. He does nothing for movement except maybe his bowel movement. He flaps his jaws, asks for donations. I call him Bruce "Wanna be famous" Cain. The world is watching. Bruce likes it legal only for white people, blacks and latinos it's okay to keep arresting them. His racism so obvious. Prop 19 is the game changer and relegalizes cannabis and ends prohibition for everyone.

@Danko/Chong - couldn't have said it better myself. I've had numerous conversations w/ Bruce about his ridiculous campaign and what exactly he's done for the movement progressively, considering he asks for donations, promotes himself and demonizes NORML/MPP/DPA/19 etc. Ask him what he does with his site donations. He's never gathered signatures, lobbied representatives or even gained any kind of significant progress because he pays his personal Internet bill w/ his ignorant site supporters and consistently spreads negativity & segregation amongst a united movement. We see right through you, Bruce and you'll always be remembered for what you are.

He's not worthy of being listened to or payed attention to. He's a Tea Party anti-Obama kook who is setting back our movement with every word spewed from his anti-immigrant mouth.

Hey Bruce, I assume you are one of the people that will be affected negatively if Prop 19 passes. If you are I am sorry for your loss and I wish you all the best in your search for a new job, life, whatever. The truth is Prop 19 will pass and eventually the federal government will see the light and change pot's status from a Schedule 1 to Schedule 2. Pot will be legal so be prepared, people. Pretend that it is legal now and work towards that goal. No need to bicker amoungst ourselves. We all want the same rights as alcohol drinkers. Vote Yes on Prop 19 is all I'm saying....tc

As much as I enjoyed the "Cheech and Chong" movies one must wonder if the "Amos and Andy" portrayal of Marijuana Consumers as "Dumb Stoners" was really such a great thing.

But beyond that I don't think we want to give too much credit to a comedian to analyze Marijuana Policy and Prop 19 specifically.

I knew Jack Herer for 21 years and, despite Dan Herer, I'm quite confident he would not have supported Prop 19.

But beyond that just consider the articles against Prop 19 to be found here. Prop 19 is a Trojan Horse Proposal that will set back Re-Legalization by decades.
