Hmmm. Do you mean like Richard Lee selling eighth ounces for $45 dollars a piece? He made millions of dollars doing this, all taken from medical patients like myself. Perhaps the Yes on 19ers should take the first step: admit they have a problem. Then maybe they should apologize to all the people they have hurt.

Apparently, when you rent someone a room in SF you're expected to forensically examine their personal computer to make sure every image is kosher. Den failed to do this and when the cops busted his entire house (a bed and breakfast business) they found objectionable material on a guest's laptop. Damn! So, of course, they charge Dennis. By the way, the lead cop on the raid is the same cop who shot Dennis many years back so we know he's not biased. Also, all additional charges (6 out of 7) have been dropped as of yesterday. Dennis has a great case and the chances of the last charge proceeding are very low. The timing is a might suspicious considering the election taking place.

Final note: Anyone who knows Dennis knows that this is hollow slander. The man is cool He would never keep obscene stuff on his computer. It's not his trip.
