Buccaneer Busted in Tampa Bay

Bucs' defensive tackle Arcilla "Alex" Magee was cited on May 9 in Tampa after police pulled his 2009 Dodge Charger over at East Kennedy Blvd. and North Nebraska Ave at 1:15 pm for expired tags. The smell of marijuana led to a search. Police found a small amount of pot and ticketed the 300-pound lineman for marijuana possession and expired tags for more than six months.

Magee was traded to Tampa Bay by Kansas City last October. He was drafted by the Chiefs out of Purdue in 2009. Magee has a total of four career sacks.

He's the third Buc to be charged with marijuana possession (Jerramy Stevens) or DUI (Mike Williams) since last October.
