This weekend downtown Oakland (from 14th & Clay to City Hall) was transformed into a stony block party as INTCHE left Daly City and headed to the East Bay. There were will dozens of vendors, a 215 smoking area and panel discussions moderated by CelebStoner's Steve Bloom.
