We know birds dig hemp seed, but we weren't aware that they also like the sweet nectar marijuana produces during its flowering stage. These are some stony hummingbirds.

Thank you for sharing my images here at CelebStoner. To clarify, the birds are not feeding on the cannabis, they only are flying by or stopping to look at the flowers. My new website is close to being finished. Cheers... Jeff

Apparently, if there aren't enough sage flower and such in bloom, they will feed on cannabis flower. Wow. I know sages that are psychoactive too though. Maybe all of plant nature is psychoactive, but we are so far in it that we take it all for granted. Until we discover something new...

Is the govermnent going to catch the hummingbirds and put them in jail for using marijuana nectar? It would not surprise me if they considered this a threat of some kind - Stoned Hummingbirds!!!

The government is going to have a tough time figuring out which agency has jurisdiction over this "threat." On a lighter note, one's defense on charges against them as to their involvement with marijuana could be, with reasonable doubt, a little birdie told them to do it!
