Chris Goldstein: New Jersey's medical marijuana bill is at a truly critical phase - the final Assembly vote is expected by November. Gov. Jon Corzine has said he would sign the bill into law. Calling for more patients to get involved, I recently heard from 21-year-old Bedford comedian Louis "Twitchels" Cenntani. He has Tourette's Syndrome.
