Big Industry Show/Cannabis Cup

When: Apr.16-20
Where: Denver Mart (451 E. 58th Ave.), Denver, Colorado
What: The Big Industry Show has merged with the Cannabis Cup to create a five-day event in Denver leading up to the 4/20 weekend. The first two days are for smoke shops and companies that cater to them; it's known as "business to business" and is only open to the those who work in the industry. Day 3 is the Galleria Glass Exhibition. The final two days are for marijuana testers and tastemakers at the High Time Cannabis Cup.

Cheech & Chong

Where: Fillmore Auditorium (1510 Clarkson St.), Denver, CO
What: The classic stoner comedy duo kick off the week's festivities with at concert at one of Denver's biggest and best music venues. Tommy Chong's wife Shelby is also part of the show, which also includes entertainment from Suster Sledge, the Family Stone, Boot Rooster, Laith Al-Saadi, Aaron Artisanal and Jeff Peterson (a.k.a. The 420 Comic). This is a fundraiser for Colorado NORML and NORML.

Ice Cube/Action Bronson

What: Opening night concert at the Cannabis Cup, sponsored by Homestead Hydro.

Julian Marley & the Uprising

What: Ziggy and Stephen Marley's younger brother Julian brings his roots style to Denver. Presented by StrainWise.

What: "Come Around" singer Collie Buddz headlines this reggae show. He's also performing at The Catalyst in Santa Cruz, CA on 4/19 and at The Independent in San Francisco, CA on 4/20.

What: It's a triple-headed all-nighter starting with Lesh at 9 pm, followed by Trombone Shorty at midnight and Randolph at 3:30 am. Wow!

What: Denver Kush Club presents three days of smokin' bands at this downtown venue.

What: Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Dumpstaphunk, Tea Leaf Green, Kyle Hollingsworth Band, The Orb, Toubad Krewe, Stir Fried, Disco Floyd, the Dank All-Stars and more perform over three days.

SweetWater 420 Fest

What: It's the 10th year for this event sponsored by Sweet Brewing Company. The stellar line-up includes Sublime with Rome, Galactic, Steel Pulse, Chris Robinson Brotherhood, G. Love & Special Sauce, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Dirty Heads, Anders Osborne and more on five stages.

Kid Cannabis
