Toys R Us Pulls 'Breaking Bad' Action Figures

Meth Kings: Jesse Pinkman (with blue crystal in one hand) and Walter White (with gas mask) in their Hazmat suits.

A Florida woman who called on Toys R Us to stop selling Breaking Bad action figures that she believes glorify drug use has succeeded. On Thursday, the company placed the items on "indefinite sabbatical."

"Its violent content and celebration of the drug trade make this collection unsuitable to be sold alongside Barbie dolls and Disney characters," says Susan Schrivjer of Fort Myers. "Get them taken off the shelves and put them in an appropriate store."

Two of the show's characters are depicted wearing Hazmat suits with crystal blue meth, gas masks and guns as accessories. In Breaking Bad, Walt White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) make a fortune cooking and selling the drug.

Paul tweeted his dismay about Toys R Us' decision, asking what's more damaging, the action figures or Barbie? "And what about all of the violent video games you sell @ToysRUs?," he continued. "Do you still sell those? Florida mom really messed it up for everyone."

Here are two more Breaking Bad action figures...

Walter White action figure, with meth.

Jesse Pinkman action figure, with bong.
