It's two for two for the First Stoner Daughter Malia Obama. Just five weeks after being caught on camera smoking what appeared to be a joint while she attended Lollapalooza on July 29 in Chicago's Grant Park, Malia was snapped in a room with a bong at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia on Sept. 4.
The 18-year-old was seen on stage dancing with friends during Mac Miller's set when she allegedly took a hit in Chicago. Marijuana was recently decriminalized in Illinois. Possession of less than 10 grams is punishable by a fine. So technically she wasn't doing anything that was illegal.
Baraka Obama smoked marijuana when he was a teenager, growing up in Hawaii. With Malia, it appears to be a case of like father, like daughter.
