 CelebStoner favorite Shia LaBeouf was charged with DUI after flipping his pickup in Hollywood. While making a left turn, another car slammed into LaBeouf's truck. The actor required surgery on his left hand and suffered head and knee injuries. He remains in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

 California police cited Shante Broadus, Snoop Dogg's wife of 10 years, for driving under the influence. They pulled her car over at 12:15 this morning (reason unknown) and determined Broadus was intoxicated. She was taken to Fulleron City Jail, booked, photographed and released.
UPDATE: charge dismissed

 Mickey Rourke was hit with a DUI At exactly 4:20 am, despite claiming "I'm not drunk" to the police. Upon his release from the Miami-Dade County jail some 11 hours later, the iconclastic actor said he was "sandbagged," then shrugged, "It comes with the territory."

 CelebStoner heiress Paris Hilton insists she was not driving under the influence on Sept. 7. Her lawyer entered a "not gulity" plea in court.
1/22 CELEBSTONER NEWS FLASH: Hilton changed her plea to no contest. The celebutante was sentenced to three years' probation and fined $390, and is required to attend an alcohol-education program.
