 An over-the-top stoner flick, Totally Baked falls short of big laughs. What it lacks in star power, however, the film makes up for with outrageousness. Co-written by and co-starring Craig Shoemaker, and directed by Lee Abbott, this straight-to-DVD project features cameos by Doug Benson, Tom Rhodes and Jackie "The Joke Man" Martling.
