Miami Lineman Fails Drug Test at NFL Combine

Henderson: "I was partying a little too much at times. I got in trouble a couple of times for marijuana."

It's not good to test positive at the NFL scouting combine for potential draftees, but that's just what University of Miami offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson did last week.

Henderson has a track record with marijuana; he's been suspended three times during his four years at Miami for failing drug tests. "I was partying a little too much at times," Henderson said in January. "I got in trouble a couple of times for marijuana. I put that all behind me." Guess not.

The 6-8, 345-pound lineman is slated to be drafted by an NFL team on May 8-10, but he may have slipped off of several teams' selection boards

NFL media senior analyst Gil Brandt lists Henderson as his wildcard pick who could be taken as high as 97th overall or go undrafted.
