Green Bay receiver Geronimo Allison was arrested for marijuana possession in September. The charge was filed in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin in December, but has just been revealed several days before the Packers meet the Cowboys in the NFL playoffs on Sunday.
During a traffic stop for speeding on Sept. 4 on Interstate 43 near Francis Creek, police smelled marijuana and found two blunts during a search of Allison's rental car. After the rookie wideout was taken to Manitowoc County Jail, he paid a $100 bond and was released. He's scheduled for a court appearance on Jan. 23.
Allison will dress for the Packers big showdown with Cowboys. He played sparingly this season, gaining 202 yards on 12 catches, with two TDs.
