 Willie Nelson had a Texas Woodstock in mind when he launched his 4th of July Picnic in 1973. The next year, the festival was filmed by Yabo Yablonsky and finally released as a full-length concert movie in 1979. Thirty years later, it's been re-released with a new title, but the same unabashed hippie spirit that Nelson has long been famous for. Review by John Rosenfelder

 The 25th anniversary of Scarface had us popping the gangster classic in the DVD player and having a good watch - for like the 420th time! Al Pacino stars as Tony Montana in one of Hollywood’s most enduring and imitated roles. The cocaine epic was directed by Brian De Palma and written by Oliver Stone, and also features Michelle Pfeiffer.

 It's been 10 years since Jeff "The Dude" Lebowski burst on the silver screen in his bathrobe and slippers, drinking White Russians and smoking doobs. Lebowski was based on student radical Jeff "The Dude" Dowd and portrayed as the ulitmate slacker by Jeff Bridges. The film also stars John Goodman, Steve Buscemi, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Julianne Moore and John Turturro as Jesus.

Easy Rider stars Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper (he also directed it) as stoners who hit the road on their Harleys and end up on a collision course with America's moral majority.
