Former CelebStoner of the Year Miley Cyrus has become the brashest celebrity marijuana advocate this side of Snoop Dogg. She's alway yapping about weed, has a dog named Mary Jane and even concocted a five-foot art bong.

It all started on her 18th birthday in 2010 when she smoked bong hits of salvia divinorum and got the giggles.

At her 19th birthday party, with a group of friends (including Kelly Osbourne, who calls her "Bob Miley") Cyrus declared: "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake."

She was subsequently photographed with a girlfriend leaving Therapuetic Health Care, a marijuana dispensary in Sherman Oaks, California and named her pit-bull rescue Mary Jane.

Cyrus made even bigger news in 2013 when she smoked a joint on stage while accepting a European MTV Award in Amsterdam.

She's called marijuana "the best drug on earth" and has knowingly stated, "Weed won't kill you."

For her Bangerz tour, Cyrus wore a pot-leaf adorned leotard. During the tour, 24-karat edible gold leaf hemp rolling papers were sold at the merch booth.

Cyrus (her real name is Destiny and father is Billy Ray) was born on Nov. 23, 1992 in Nashville, Tennessee. She signed on to play the title role of Disney's Hannah Montana TV show in 2006. By the next year, Cyrus became a top-selling recording artist and soon began appearing in movies, such as The Last Song and the remake of the French film, LOL. She won the Video of the Year award for "Wrecking Ball" at the 2014 MTV Music Video Awards.

As host of the 2015 VMAs, Cyrus made numerous marijuana references and afterwards even passed a joint to reporters during the press conference.

Cyrus is single and lives in Los Angeles.
