CelebStoner Premiere: Lowdown Brass Band's 'We Just Want to Be'

Chicago's Lowdown Brass Band (LDB) are exclusively premiering "We Just Want To Be (The Graduate ReMix)" at CelebStoner and Daily Motion. The song is a collaboration between LDB and Chicago-based producer Nic the Graduate. Released on Chicago reggae/ska label Happy As A Lark Records, “We Just Want to Be," with its dub effects, echoes classic reggae producers like Lee "Scratch" Perry, while blazing paths forward to the modern-day sounds of hip-hop. LDB's Billa Camp mixes it up with Chicago's MC Illuminati Congo.

"We Just Want to Be" is sure to elevate your current state of being, so spark up the chalice and enjoy the ride.
