Here's a surprising confluence: Miley Cyrus, tongue dangling of course, wearing a black t-shirt featuring a photo of Justin Bieber with a cartoon joint hanging out of his mouth and the words "Reefer Fever" on it. The Boston-based metal band Ice Nine Kills sells the shirt for $15.
