Tommy Chong returned to Dancing With the Stars for Week 2 on Sept. 22, performing with Peta Murgatroyd to the tune of Gloria Estefan's "Higher." They earned a 28-point score, one point better than last week and good enough to move on to Week 3.
Dressed in a hot pink shirt and white pants, Chong salsa danced with Murgatoyd, During the routine, he ripped open his shirt, exposing his chest.
