Bronx Zoo Lion Whisperer Was 'Lit' When She Pulled Stunt

The mysterious woman who hopped over a fence into a lion enclosure at New York's Bronx Zoo on September 28 and survived the dangerous encounter smoked a joint before entering the animal sanctuary.

Myah Autry tokes outside the Bronx Zoo

"I stay wit all the finest herb on mother nature," she posted at queenempress_myahlaree Instagram account. In the video, she says after inhaling, "All Libras is lit."

The Brooklyn resident, who has been identified as Myah Autry, appeared to be on a mission that day. In the above video, she dances around, talks about it being her birthday on September 30 and concludes, "Now I'm going to fuck around with mother nature."

Myah Autry takes her chances in Bronx Zoo encounter with lions.

Inside the zoo, Autrey startled other visitors when she crossed into the lion's den, waving at the two lions and saying in the video, "I love you." One of the male lions was just 10 feet away from her, but remained impassive.

Did Autry's marijuana-induced state give her the nerve to do what she did and her positive vibe prevent an attack? It's hard to say. Of course, we don't encourage others try the same stunt. But it's curious that she was not harmed by one of the most feared creatures in the animal kingdom.

In fact, Autry was not apprehended and is still being sought by New York police.
