Chicago's pioneering Black-owned cannabis brand was founded by rapper Vic Mensa in 2022.

Stoner comedy icons Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong founded the brand in 2020. It includes Cheech's Stash and Tommy Chong's Cannabis. They also have six retail stores in three states (MA, ME, NM) under the name Cheech & Chong's Dispensoria.
