Son of University of Nebraska Prez Busted for Pot

James Milliken Jr., son of University of Nebraska President J.B. Milliken, was arrested in a campus parking lot at 3:15 am on Aug. 30 in Lincoln. Police say Milliken tossed a pipe from the top floor of the garage. They recovered it and a bag of weed in his pocket, and cited Milliken for possessing five grams.

Marijuana is decriminalized in Nebraska. The maximum fine for possession of less than an ounce is $300.
