Brian Laoruangroch's plan to roll the world's largest joint at Seattle Hempfest fizzled when event security evicted him from Myrtle Edwards Park on Saturday for trespassing.

Security claimed that Laoruangroch would be committing a felony and thus both "crashing" and endangering the event. Dave Dammit explained that Hempfest costs "over three quarters of a million dollars to put on… Why don't you do like the rest of the vendors and the rest of the sponsors and pay us a little bit of money and help us put on this event for the people?"

Laoruangroch announced his intention to stage the stunt several weeks ago when he garnered publicity for his company Prohibition Brands, which he hopes will corner the new legal marijuana market in Washington.
