Charlo Greene's week in the media spotlight continued yesterday when she lit up a joint during an interview with HuffPost Live's Alyona Minkovski.
"I'll spark it up right now," Greene said as she waved a joint for all to see. "It is what it is. I'm in the privacy of my own home." Then she ignited and inhaled. "If anyone thinks I'm the only journalist that feels passionate about this, that I'm the only journalist in Alaska that smokes weed, that I'm the only journalist in the nation. I've worked at a few stations." Now giggling, Greene concluded, "I am not the only journalist that smokes weed," before Inhaling again.
On Sept. 21, Greene quit her job at KTVA in Anchorage, Alaska on air to focus on legalizing marijuana in her home state.
