California Cannabis Billboard Ban a Bummer for Businesses

California highways are about to lose one of their main attractions: cannabis billboards.

According to the strict rules of Prop 64, marijuana companies are not allowed to advertise in the Golden State. Complaints raised about the abundance of billboards on interstates promoting cannabis led to a a court decision confirming the ban. The state Bureau of Cannabis Control folllowed with a similar edict on January 22.
