Black Crowes Announce 2020 Reunion Tour

Brothers Rich and Chris Robinson are reforming the Black Crowes

Five years since they last played together, the Black Crowes will reform for a 46-date summer concert tour in 2020, starting in Austin on June 17.

Chris and Rich Robinson, the brothers who founded the southern-rock group in 1990 in Georgia, will be the only original members in the band. They will be joined by bassist Tim LeFebvre, keyboardist Joel Robinow and drummer Ojha.

In 2014, the brothers decided not to celebrate their 25th anniversary and split the band up. During the interim, Chris performed with the Chris Robinson Brotherhood and Rich formed the Magpie Salute with several ex-Crowes band members.

This time, the Crowes will mark their 30th anniversary by performing their debut album Shake Your Moneymaker - which includes the hits "Hard to Handle," "Jealous Again" and "She Talks to Angels" - in its entirety. Listen to the album below.

They're also playing special shows at New York's Bowery Ballroom on November 11 and Los Angeles' The Troubadour on November 14.
