It can be a blur of lights, people and products at cannabis-industry events.

Cannabis-industry events came back in the latter part of 2021. In 2022, there have been more events than ever now that Covid has faded somewhat and federal mask restrictions have ended. Please send event details to

Bob Marley One Love Experience - Toronto 7/1-8/14

After a run in London, this event has moved to Lighthouse ArtSpace in Toronto. From the website: "The experience showcases never-before-seen Marley photographs and memorabilia, while immersing you in a journey through his life, passions, influences and enduring legacy."


Southern Hemp Expo - Nashville, TN 8/18-19

This Southern event, brought to you by the same team that produces NoCo Hemp Expo in Denver, is moving from Raleigh to Nashville Fairgrounds in 2022.


Terptown Throwdown - Spencer, MA 8/19-20

Atmosphere, Matisyahu and Artikal Sound System headline this two-day event at Spencer Fairgrounds. The Homegrown Cannabis Awards in 11 categories will be handed out.


Hampton Cannabis Expo - East Hampton, NY 8/19-21

This three-day event networking, including a product expo, will take place at The Clubhouse. Fridsay is pitch night, Saturday features a VIP after-party and Sunday is devoted to psychedelics. 


High Times Cannabis Cup - Denver 8/21

The People's Cup allows consumers to judge flower and other categories. Submissions are due by May 25. Judges kits will be available on June 5. The winners will be announced in August.


Cannabis Conference - Las Vegas 8/23-25

This three-day event returns to Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in August.


NECANN - Albany, NY 8/26-27; Atlantic City, NJ 9/9-10; Portland, ME 9/24-25

It's a busy 2022 for NECANN with seven scheduled shows starting in their home base at Hynes Convention Center in Boston in March followed by the Oklahoma Cannabis Convention in Tulsa in April and Chicago aNnd Burlington, VT in June. Their next one is in Albany, NY in August.


CannaCon - Rosemont, IL 8/26-27; Denver 9/24-25; Richmond, VA 10/14-15

Based in Seattle, CannaCon expanded East and South in 2021. This year's events so far took place in New York in January, Oklahoma City in March, Albuquerque in May and Detroit in July.  Next are Chicago (August), Denver (September) and Richmond (October).


The Original Cannabis Crown - Niles, MI 8/26-27

This two-day festival takes place at the Hartford Motor Speedway in Michigan. Onsite cannabis sales will be provided by Green Stem Provisoning. Joe Marcinek's Dead/Funk Summit and DJ Logic are on the bill.


Revelry Summit + Block Party - Brooklyn, NY 8/28

Restoration Plaza will be host to On the Revel's first all-day event. The Summit (panel discussions) starts at 1 pm will precede the Block Party featuring v endors, musical artists and DJs.


Burning Man - Black Rock, NV 8/28-9/5

This trippy desert event attracted upwards of 80,000 campers in 3019, pre Covid. It will be making a big comeback in August and September with art installations and of course the final epic bonfire. 


Etheridge Island - Playa Mujeres, Mexico 8/30-9/5

Take a cruise to Cancun and enjoy the music of CelebStoner Melissa Etheridge and her friends, including Ani Difranco, Wynona and Larkin Poe. 



Cultivators Cup - Worchester, MA 9/3-4

Busta Rhymes is hosting this judging event at Palladium Outdoors.


International Cannabis Business Conference - Zurich 9/8-9

So far this year ICBC has eturned to Barcelona in March and Berlin in July. Zurich in September (Dolder Grand Hotel) is next.


Cannabis, Community & Care - Valhalla, NY 9/8, 9/29, 10/20 and 11/10

Curated by Elana Frankel, this speakder series at SUNY Westchester Commuity College will feature one lecturer each month, starting in August. They are Joe Dolce, Elizabeth Gaynes, Dr. Junella Chin, Kristin Jordan and Mary Pryor. 


Green Market Report Events - San Francicso 9/8; New York 10/20

The financial webiste now owned by Crain Communications handed out leadership awards at the Women in Cannabis Business Summit in April. Their other 2022 events are Cannabis Tech Summit (SF) in Sepember and and Financial Summit (NY) in New York.


Montana State Hemp & Cannabis Festival - Lolo, MT 9/9-11

This three-day camping event takes place at Lolo Hot Springs. The lineup includes bands like Policulture and speakers like hempster Doug Fine.


NCIA's Cannabis Industry Lobby Days - Washington, DC 9/13-14

The National Cannabis Industry Association returns to the Capitol for the 10th year in a row.


Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference - Chicago, IL 9/13-14

Benzinga's second major event of the year - the first was in Miami in April - will be held in Chicago at as of yet unnamed location.


420 Expo - Edison, NJ 9/16-18

Tommy Chong is headlining this first-time event at the New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center.


Boston Freedom Rally - Edison, NJ 9/16-18

For the 33rd time, MassCann presents this multi-stage event in sprawling Boston Common. The band and speaker lineup has yet to be anounced.


Lucky Leaf Expo - Oklahoma City 9/22-23; Richmond, VA 11/11-12

The Texas-based event is expanding to neighboring states like Oklahoma (in 2021) and New Mexico in February. Following their Detroit event in March are expos in Oklahoma City and Richmond in 2022.


CanEx Jamaica Business Conference & Expo - Montego Bay 9/23-24

Travel to the north side of Jamaica for this three-day destination cannabis event. While you're on the island, visit ganja hot spot, Negril.


Farm Aid - Raleigh, NC 9/24

This 38th edition of Farm Aid, founded by Willie Nelson, will take place at Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh. The lineup includes Nelson and Family. John Mellancamp, Dave Mathews and Tim Reynolds, Sheryl Crow, Chris Stapleton and more.


Finger Lakes Music, Comedy & Cannabis Festival - Ithaca, NY 9/24

From the folks who run the Cannamarket at The Cherry Arts, this festival will takes place at Trumansburg Fairgrounds.


Cannabis Opportunities Conference - Philadelphia/online 9/24-25

This fourth-annual two-day event, organized by DACO, focuses on diversity and equity. It take places at Temple University. Black Cannabis Week in Philadelphia is from Sept. 18-25.


CHAMPS Trade Show - Denver 9/27-28; Tampa 11/1-3

CHAMPS’ first 2022 show is in Las Vegas.

From Las Vegas to Atlantic City, CHAMPS is one of the top cannabis B2Bs. This year's schedule of shows so far have been in Vegas in February and July, Atlantic City and Chicago in June. Their nexgt shoiw is Denver in September.


MJ Unpacked - Las Vegas, 9/28-30

This novel brand-friendly trade show is returning to Las Vegas after a successful debut in New York in May. However, this year the Vegas show will take place at the MGM Grand.



Pennsylvania Cannabis Festival - 10/1-2

Held at Renninger's Farmers Market in Kutztown, this two-day outdoor event takes place in April and October. CelebStoner's Steve Bloom moderates the panel discussions.


Hall of Flowers - Santa Rosa, CA 10/4-6

This "highly curated" three-day B2B takes place twice a year. The more than 180 companies represented include celeb brands Willie's Reserve, Khalifa Kush, HIghsman and Dr. Greenthumb. Their May show was in Palm Spring; their October show is in Santa Rosa. 


New York Harvest Festival & Freedom Fair - Afton, NY 10/7-11

New York's long-running cannabis fest returned in 2021. This year's event will include bands, vendors and a judging contest at the Echo Lake Resort in Upstate New York.


Kushstock - Adelanto, CA 10/8

Canceled in April, Kushstock is returning to Adelanto Stadium in October.


Blunt Brunch - Las Vegas 11/15

Blunt Brunch started in Los Angles. The next one is in Las Vegas in November. From the website: "Join over 200 women for an afternoon social filled with networking, light tapas and empowering conversations with our sponsors and guests. We have reserved a beautiful private venue, with decor, city views and scenery, and we are inviting the women executives to join us."


Black CannaBusiness Conference - New Orleans 11/3-5

Produced by Black CannaBusiness magazine, this B2B is for "Black cannabis founders, professionals and allies."


Wonderland - Miami, FL 11/3-5

From the site: "Discover the world of psychedelic medicine along with some of the leading founders, investors, therapists, practitioners, researchers, thought leaders, innovators and media from around the globe." The three-day event takes place at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center. 


NY Cannabis Insider Live - Tarrytown, NY 11/4

Get the lowdown on what's happening with legalization regulations in New York at this one-day event at the Westchester Marriott.


Florida Cannabis Festival - Mt. Dora, FL 11/5-6

This event at Renninger's Twin Markets features vendors, music and panel discussions moderated by CelebStoner's Steve Bloom.


MJBizCon - Las Vegas 11/15-18

The cannabis industry's biggest trade show returned to the Las Vegas Convention Center in October. The next MJBizCon is scheduled for November.


National Medical Cannabis Unity Conference - Washington, DC 12/12-14

ASA's 10th annual conference wlll take place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in DC.
