What: Lena Dunham and her girlfriends are back for Season 4. Hannah (Dunham) moves to Iowa to write fiction at a workshop (boyfriend Adam stays behind in New York). But things don't work out for Hannah and she returns tio New York to find Adam has a new girlfriend. Marnie (Allison Williams) becomes more involved with her guitarist/boyfriend Desi (Ebon-Moss Bachrach). Gabby Hoffman returns as Adam's sister, Caroline.
