Anthony Bourdain Wins Two More Emmys + Final 'Parts Unknown' Episodes

Anthony Bourdain, who commited suicide on June 8, won two more Emmys for Parts Unknown posthumously at the awards show on Sept. 16. That upped his total to five Emmy awards and 20 nominations since 2013.

Bourdain's final season debuts Sept. 23 on CNN with a trip to Kenya with fellow CNN host and Emmy winner W. Kamua Bell (for United Shades of America). The other episodes are set in Indonesia, Spain, Texas and New York City. Only the Kenya episode will feature Bourdain's caustic narration.

The chef turned TV star received 12 Emmy nominations and five trophies for Parts Unknown (four for Outstanding Informational series and one for Writing for a Non-Fiction Program), plus five nominations for No Reservations, his previous show on the Travel Channel, and three more for hosting The Taste, a competitive cooking show on ABC.
