Anthony Bourdain Wins Two Final Emmys for 'Parts Unknown'

Anthony Bourdain on location for "Parts Unknown."

Traveler/chef Anthony Bourdain, who took his life in 2018, won two Emmys at the 71st annual TV awards show on September 22 for the final season of Parts Unknown on CNN, which was shortened due ot his death in France.

He won in the following categories: Informational Series or Special and Writing for a Non-Fiction Program. 

Bourdain was nominated a total of 22 times and won seven Emmys overall.

The 71st Annual Emmy Awards were announced on September 21-22 in Los Angeles.
