Ole Miss Suspends Marshall Henderson

Marshall Henderson
College hoopster Marshall Henderson has had a number of legal problems.

In May, troubled Mississippi shooter Marshall Henderson was found possessing small amounts of marijuana and cocaine during a traffic stop. On Wednesday, he was suspended for failing a drug test.

Henderson, who led Ole Miss with a 20-point average last season, will be a senior in the fall. He was selected to the All-SEC Second Team in March.

The May 4 pullover in Oxford did not result in drug charges, because the amounts recovered from the vehicle were too small. Instead, Henderson was cited for not having proof of insurance.

In 2010, the Texas-born hoopster used counterfeit bills to purchase $800 worth of marijuana. After violating his probation by failing numerous drug tests, he spent 25 days in jail before enrolling at Ole Miss.
