24. Not Cool
This above-average teen comedy by Shawn Dawson features a cast of unknowns. The focus is around two guys and two girls during a constant state of partying. There are a lot of Molly jokes and some pipes are smoked. It's chaotic, some might call a mess, but the film somehow holds together despite all the craziness.
